How is RE going to transform my life?
A: It’s not only going to transform my life, it’s also going to transform other peoples life’s as well. Understanding the energy of money has to be the most important thing. Real estate will bring my family and I the energy of money, to set our blue print and goals for our future generations.
My partner (Wife) goals are to build sanctuaries for kids who are victim of sexual abuse, in the U.S. and overseas. Build a place where they can see hope and feel safe. In order to accomplish this dream/goal is leveraging RE. We can leverage other avenues; however, it will take longer time.

I have screenshots of a few different lists. I'm sending postcards and skip tracing potential seller leads and potential cash buyers. One of the lists are potential sellers and the other list is potential cash buyers in that area. I have been able to generate 2 solid leads since this program started (one seller, one JV opportunity) and now I'm working on building rapport with the seller and using Deal Machine to find a cash buyer in Gold Bar, WA for the JV opportunity. I created these lists by both physically and virtually driving for dollars. I woke up at 3am the other day and was able to drive for dollars using DM and it was dope. Found 20 leads in 1.5 hours.

Thanks for all the training and time over this challenge. (I just got back on a quick drive added 55 homes & took some needed front pics of homes already tagged.... I've got over 3k homes in DM so far!)
HOMEWORK: I plan on using Deal Machine to help assist me in using Real Estate to change my life. I have been around RE for 20 years, but this is the first time I feel that I have a real grasp on RE investment (using tools and data to identify and analyze properties to achieve my goal).
RE will transform my life because of the ability to make unlimited income. Learning from Thach and the BRRR method (live on the cash flow from my paid off properties). Assigning Real Estate contracts will allow us to stack cash. Learning from others will allow us to fail forward!

The one area I am truly lacking that this whole challenge experience has been helping me with is locating properties as well as learning multiple ways in which to profit from real estate. I would like to be a part of a mentorship to help me reach the goal of getting my 1st wholesale deal finished thru. I just want to make sure to approach it legally in all regards to myself, the seller and buyer. These are just a couple areas that I feel I am lacking in currently. I believe once I get through my first wholesale that it will really have a snowball effect for me. When I reach small goals I get very driven and excited to see how much I can build on it.

I never want an employer to tell me that I'm more valuable in an office than at my daughter's swim meet or dance recital.
